A huge number of decisions are made in business meetings every day and yet most of those who chair meetings have had no training whatsoever in how to prepare for, or properly chair meetings. As a result, many meetings fail to achieve their potential and the regarded as a waste of time, which often leads to frustration and damaged relationships. And the cost of poorly conducted mee4tings is far too high. This course is designed to show what needs to happen before, during and after a meeting to ensure the right outcome is achieved on every occasion.
